Therapeutic Style
Using a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, I tailor my work to meet the developmental needs of each client. I integrate play therapy when working with younger children and emphasize collaboration with families, schools, and other providers to ensure well-rounded support across settings. I have a warm approach with children and adolescents while also still challenging them in the therapy room.
What Makes Me Unique
Known for creating a warm and engaging therapeutic environment, I help young clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. In addition to my private practice, I currently serve as the Lower School Counselor at The Windward School, where I supports students with language-based learning disabilities. Working in both a school and private practice, I am able to help my clients navigate issues such as school avoidance and school refusal.
