CTC is intentionally small. We limit the number of clinicians per specialty and geographic area to preserve the integrity of the network and the quality of each referral. Most members join through professional connection or referral.

Apply
Complete a brief application: your background, licensure, and clinical focus. We're looking for clinicians who maintain private-pay practices and share our commitment to thoughtful care.
Connect
Every prospective member speaks with a member of our team. We want to understand your ideal client, your clinical approach, and what you're looking for in a professional collective.
Join
If it's a mutual fit, you'll complete your profile and become part of the collective. Referrals begin once your profile is active.
Our Standards.
We review every application personally. Here's what matters to us:
- Independent licensure in good standing
- Professional liability insurance
- Commitment to ethical, person-centered care
- Private-pay or hybrid practice
- Genuine interest in the CTC community — not just the referral pipeline
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Some specialties and locations may periodically reach capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions
