Payment Information
When you complete a concierge matching fee payment through our secure payment link, your payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Curated Therapy Collective does not store, process, or have direct access to your full card number, CVC, expiration date, or other sensitive payment details at any time. We receive only confirmation that your concierge matching fee has been paid, along with your name, email, and the amount paid.
Curated Therapy Collective does not collect or store any payment information related to your therapy sessions. Session-level payment information is collected and stored by your matched clinician through their EHR system, governed by the clinician's own privacy and HIPAA policies.
For information on how Stripe handles your data, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
5. Concierge Matching Fee and Matching Services
When you submit a request through our /get-matched form, Curated Therapy Collective conducts a clinical review of your request to determine whether we can offer you a personalized therapist match. If we determine we can proceed with matching, we will email you a secure payment link to complete a one-time $50 concierge matching fee.
The concierge matching fee covers:
- Clinical review of your request by a licensed clinician
- Personalized selection of a therapist from our vetted network based on your needs, preferences, and goals
- Introduction to your matched clinician and coordination of your first session
- One re-match at no additional cost if your first matched clinician is not the right fit after your first session
The concierge matching fee is processed securely through Stripe and is paid directly to Curated Therapy Collective, LLC. It is separate from any therapy session fees, which are billed directly by your matched clinician through their electronic health record (EHR) system.
Refund Policy for the Concierge Matching Fee:
- Fully refundable if we cannot find a match.
- Non-refundable once we have curated and introduced you to a matched clinician.
- Not duplicated in the event of a re-match. If your first matched clinician is not the right fit and you request a re-match within 30 days of your first session, your original concierge matching fee covers the re-match at no additional cost.
Therapy Session Fees
Curated Therapy Collective does not collect, process, or charge therapy session fees. Session fees are set by each individual clinician and are charged directly by the clinician through their EHR. Your matched clinician will provide their session fee, billing terms, and cancellation policy as part of their intake paperwork.
By accepting an introduction to a matched clinician, you agree to the clinician's session fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies as disclosed in their intake materials.
Cancellation and No-Show Policies
Cancellation and no-show policies for therapy sessions are set by each individual clinician and disclosed in their intake paperwork. Curated Therapy Collective does not enforce or process session-level cancellation fees.
Clinician membership fees and billing terms are addressed separately in Section 11 (Clinician Membership Agreement).
