    Therapeutic Style

My approach emphasizes evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT). I am also skilled in parent training and family-based treatment, helping caregivers play an active role in the therapeutic process. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that empowers individuals and families to thrive. In addition to her clinical practice, I serve as Chair of the Florida Psychological Association’s (FPA’s) Continuing Education Committee, where I oversee professional development programming for psychologists statewide. Beyond this, I am an Advisory Board Member for Owl Therapy, a digital platform expanding access to evidence-based mental health care.

    What Makes Me Unique

I bring a blend of clinical specialization, leadership experience, and community-focused engagement to the collective. Clinically, my work centers on evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, tic disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on parent involvement, intensive treatment models, and culturally responsive care.
