Therapeutic Style
I deliver a grounded, compassionate, and deeply attuned presence to the therapy room. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, creating space for curiosity, vulnerability, and emotional exploration. I listen not only to words, but to the unspoken feelings and patterns beneath the surface, helping clients make sense of their internal world without judgment or pressure to “fix” themselves. Our work emphasizes presence over perfection. I guide clients in noticing what their body and emotions are communicating, building practical skills for emotional regulation, connection, and self-understanding, while also exploring the roots of pain and relational patterns. I integrate psychodynamic insight with CBT, DBT, and AEDP techniques, creating a space that balances depth, safety, and transformation. My goal is for clients to leave feeling seen, understood, and empowered to step into their own strength.
What Makes Me Unique
I bring a combination of clinical expertise, empathy, and relational intuition that allows clients and colleagues alike to feel truly understood. My work focuses on helping individuals reclaim trust in themselves and others, repair relational wounds, and access the resilience they have carried through life’s challenges. I specialize in intimacy and trust repair, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, emotional regulation, and the transformative processes of grief and post-traumatic growth. Outside the therapy room, I am deeply committed to community and advocacy. I have led initiatives amplifying survivor voices, developed mental health outreach campaigns including suicide prevention, and created spaces for collective healing and empowerment. I thrive in collaborative environments, contributing insight, creativity, and relational attunement. At my core, I believe transformation begins in connection with oneself, with others, and within the broader community.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner.
