I offer a safe and judgment-free space where we can begin the healing process together. My goal is to help you rebuild your emotional wellbeing and move forward toward a healthier, more purposeful life. In our early work, we will center on how you take care of yourself; tracking immediate and tangible progress while also exploring and addressing the deeper roots of issues. Only when self-esteem and confidence are actively being built can one seek properly to help with the wants and needs of others. Building trust is at the heart of my practice. I provide a reliable and compassionate partnership to support you on your journey toward self-healing. Every person’s journey is unique, and we collaborate to tailor each session to fit your individual needs. Together, we will create a plan that works for you, helping you overcome challenges at your own pace. I am not only your therapist for 45 minutes per week — I take my role seriously as part of a strong support system in your emotional wellbeing and treat it to the highest of standards as a full-time job. Our work together is one of back-and-forth feedback and constant evolution and examination of where we have been, where we are, and where we are going. I am tremendously excited to potentially work alongside you.
What Makes Me Unique
My most recent and impactful work has been treating gambling addiction, for which our society is wildly under-resourced and is just now entering the early stages of what will soon become a nationally problematic epidemic. I have drawn upon my years of experience and expertise in dealing with a variety of compulsive behaviors and addictions to inform my approach to gambling addiction, which has several unique characteristics (e.g. instant accessibility, mainstream advertising and normalization, states turning profits, the dangers of false hope that accompany a 'one last time' mentality). I consciously try to do my part in continuously de-stigmatizing individual and cultural beliefs regarding seeking help for mental and emotional well-being.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
