Therapeutic Style
I approach each client with a genuine interest in learning who they are – and holding their hand through a journey of their own self-discovery and evolution. Whether you’re trying to conceive, already a seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, I’ll work with you to increase self-awareness, reduce feelings of overwhelm and isolation, learn skills to achieve personal growth and improve relationships, and accept the often conflicting emotions experienced during the perinatal period and beyond. I’m here to listen, validate, encourage, and help you make meaningful change in your life.
What Makes Me Unique
I am passionate about helping women (and the families and systems they’re in) embrace the reality of “matrescence,” the life-altering and ongoing process of becoming a mother. Through this lens, I explore how the transition to parenthood can affect you in countless ways – physical, hormonal, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, social, professional, among many others. I firmly believe that these changes are not just in the immediate postpartum period, but can persist or emerge later on in the parenting journey. In addition to my expertise in maternal mental health, I also have developed an extensive network of resources and other professionals to help support each client’s unique needs. It’s my mission to empower women to embrace the joys and challenges of pregnancy, early motherhood, and beyond.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
