    Therapeutic Style

Most clients describe my style as gentle, easy, and conversational in terms of how our initial sessions start out. I allow each client to disclose their history at their own pace, creating a safe space for disclosures that can be traumatic or sensitive. After enough emotional safety is established in our sessions, if client's are open to more deeper healing work, I offer experiential approaches to process trauma or impactful life events out of the nervous system. This is an emotional and body-based approach, which teaches clients how to get out of their cognitive minds and into trusting their own sensations again, while learning how to relax their nervous system.

    What Makes Me Unique

My years of clinical experience, as well as being a starter of private practices, being a consultant to therapists who want to start a practice, providing concierge credentialing services in the past, as well as serving as a therapist for many therapists or healers who want to go deeper in their healing journey and need someone with experience across both psychological and spiritual practices.

Navigating Holiday Transitions as a Family: Staying Grounded Before, During, and After the Season

The holiday season is in full swing, and holiday transitions can feel like a full-body experience for families. The season arrives in stages planning, gathering, traveling, unwinding each with its own blend of joy, pressure, overstimulation, and emotional complexity. Kids feel these transitions too, often more intensely, which means many parents find themselves managing two layers of needs: their child’s nervous system and their own. This article offers simple ways to stay steady throughout the full arc of the season: before, during, and after the holidays.
