Therapeutic Style
I strive to create a warm space where you can pause the instinct to fix or solve, and instead meet your experiences with curiosity and care. My approach integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional resilience and acceptance of life’s uncertainties, along with somatic tools that nurture awareness, regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy can be a place where every part of you is welcome. My hope is that through this work, you can begin to return to yourself—to the quiet knowing beneath all the noise, and to the sense of wholeness that has been there all along.
What Makes Me Unique
My clinical work is shaped by both professional training and personal understanding, which helps me meet patients with genuine empathy during some of the most tender seasons of their lives. They often share what a relief it is not to have to explain the language of fertility or postpartum. Our practice has built a strong, trusted network of perinatal resources to support patients well beyond the therapy room. When it’s helpful, I can offer guidance and connections to better feel supported both emotionally and practically. I also offer early-morning and evening appointment times to make therapy more accessible. Fertility treatments, pregnancy demands, and early parenthood can be unpredictable, and flexible scheduling options helps clients receive care without adding more strain to their day.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
