Therapeutic Style
As an individual and couple's therapist, specializing in sex therapy, my mission is to provide a compassionate, inclusive space where individuals and couples can explore, heal, and grow. I am committed to helping clients navigate challenges related to trauma, intimacy, and sexual well-being while honoring their unique identities and experiences. I am passionate about creating sex-positive spaces for open discussion about pleasure, not just dysfunction. By integrating evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, EFT, and DBT. I aim to empower my clients to embrace their inner strengths, foster self-acceptance, and build deeper, more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
What Makes Me Unique
One of my areas of expertise is working with men who are experiencing distress about their porn use. What makes my work in this area unique is that I do not approach this issue through a 'porn addiction' lens. Instead I focus on shame-reduction while also ensuring there is accountability where needed.

Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.

Mom Guilt & the Holiday Season: How to Slow Down When Everything Speeds Up
The holidays are supposed to feel magical, twinkling lights, excited kids, cozy traditions. But for so many moms, the “magic” is often buried underneath mental lists, endless tasks, and the pressure to make everything perfect. Between planning holiday dinners, making sure your kids have the right outfit for the school concert, coordinating family gatherings, remembering the Secret Santa gift, and still keeping up with work and home…winter quickly becomes less of a season and more of a marathon. And with all of that comes the familiar companion: mom guilt.
