Rooted in trauma-informed care, I incorporate modalities like EMDR, EFT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies, combining holistic elements that respect the mind-body-spirit connection. I aim to create a space that is both safe and challenging a balance of warmth and honesty where genuine growth occurs. Clinically, my approach is grounded, intuitive, and collaborative. I meet clients exactly where they are while holding a vision for their growth. My aim isn’t just symptom relief—it’s transformation, alignment, and lasting emotional freedom.

As Founder and Clinical Director of Root & Rise Clinical Specialists and Limitless Integrative Wellness, I’ve built and expanded multi-state practices and integrative wellness collectives that connect therapy, holistic health, and professional collaboration. Clinically, I focus on trauma-informed, evidence-based care using EMDR, EFT, and DBT helping clients change long-standing patterns through practical, grounded work. As a supervisor and mentor, I am committed to developing confident, ethical clinicians who align their practice with purpose and integrity. Creatively, I am motivated by connection and visibility, I develop outreach initiatives, workshops, and “Mind Spa™” experiences that reshape how therapy can be experienced and how clinicians can thrive within communities.
