Therapeutic Style
I’m passionate about supporting clients in enhancing their self-expression and communication skills to foster deeper, more fulfilling relationships. I integrate creative, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and body-movement lenses into my therapeutic work with my clients. My clients describe me as both warm and strategic. I am curious, investigative and committed to supporting you in developing creative problem-solving skills to work toward your goals. In our work, I prioritize ensuring that you feel seen, heard, and accepted where you are as we take next steps together toward healing. I’m honored to support you in your therapeutic journey!
What Makes Me Unique
I bring unique perspective to my work with both artists and college/grad students in all content areas as I support them in navigating pressure, pursuit of excellence and transition to career. I also enjoy working with people who care for children, elders, and family members with a high level of need, in addition to adults processing childhood or adolescent rejection, trauma, or lack of support in important relationships. My clinical practice is informed and enriched by my career as a professor, practitioner, director, and administrator in the performing arts. I have directed or taught theatre courses at some of the most well-regarded theatre programs in the country, including Juilliard, Yale School of Drama, and NYU TISCH School of the Arts. I offer a wide range of session availability, including early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend sessions.
