Therapeutic Style
The FAB team shows up with warmth, patience, and presence. Our approach is relational and supportive, we meet each client exactly where they are while gently encouraging growth. We value transparency, collaboration, and celebrating wins, big or small. We utilize mindfulness-based support, grounding skills, and body-respect practices to help clients move toward a more compassionate internal dialogue and healing behaviors. Above all, we provide a safe, consistent space where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered to take their next step forward.
What Makes Me Unique
The FAB Program (Food and Body Program) is a holistic healing experience designed for people who are struggling with their relationship with food and body. FAB was built not only to support individuals, but also the loved ones who care deeply and want to help. We offer a clear, compassionate path toward healing—rooted in connection, personal responsibility, and the belief that every person has the power to reclaim their life. FAB stands apart from traditional Eating Disorder Treatments because we: - Do not use diet mentality—at all. - Trust in the body’s natural ability to heal when supported properly. - Treat the whole person—emotionally, physically, spiritually. - Encourage real conversations, personal growth, and accountability. - Empower families to become part of the healing, not bystanders. - Lead with integrity—our team does this work in our own lives, too. This is not a quick fix. It’s real, lasting change—for the individual and the family system.

Coping with “Invisible Grief” During the Holidays
Grief is complicated, complex and heavy. As a grief therapist and an active griever myself, I know how difficult the holidays can feel especially when you are coping with disenfranchised grief, or “invisible grief” as I like to call it. After a while, all grief feels invisible in western culture, we barely acknowledge grief, even though it is a natural part of life and something we all go through. However, there is some grief that we are truly given no tools for, and it feels like we do not have any space at all to grieve.
