Therapeutic Style
I approach my clinical work as an encounter between two human beings in which presence, authenticity, and respect for individual autonomy are of the utmost importance. I use observations and reflections of what emerges in session as fodder for deeper exploration of the client's ways of being and relating to me, that is, I focus on process over content. My therapeutic stance is simultaneously accepting and challenging, playful and intense.
What Makes Me Unique
The type of therapy that I practice is not common or even necessarily known about in the therapy community but I believe that it has a lot to offer. My way of being is a stance that transcends any specific therapeutic modality or knowledge base. In a sense, it entails a return to the fundamental aspects and conditions of existing as a human being. Through this approach, I offer the opportunity to have a real and meaningful experience that cuts to the core of who one is as an individual. I have developed the relevant skills that enable me to use my presence and curiosity to help others access their unique and rich inner worlds.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
