Therapeutic Style
My style is warm, engaged, and grounded. I am actively involved in the work and I participate with clients in understanding what is happening internally in real time. Many clients who come to me have tried traditional therapy before, and they often say they appreciate having a therapist who is responsive, collaborative, and clear in session. I bring an honest and thoughtful presence that supports depth and direction. I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, and art therapy in ways that are tailored to each person. We explore emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and the meaning held in the body. Creative processing helps make complex experiences more understandable and more workable. Clients leave sessions with practical tools they can apply in daily life, such as grounding strategies, emotional regulation skills, or reflection prompts that continue the work outside of session. I offer optional homework between sessions and I am available for brief check-ins when needed. This approach helps clients feel more connected to themselves and more embodied in their daily lives. It supports steadiness, clarity, and the ability to make intentional choices and form meaningful internal and external connections. Many clients share that this work helps them feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more aligned with who they are becoming.
What Makes Me Unique
I bring an integrative clinical lens rooted in trauma-informed art therapy, EMDR, and somatic practices. My work centers on helping Gen Z and Millennial adults develop clarity, nervous system steadiness, and more connected internal and external relationships. I am skilled in guiding clients who are high achieving yet overwhelmed, often holding long-standing emotional patterns that have not shifted through traditional therapy models. I have experience working across inpatient, outpatient, community-based, addiction recovery, and family systems settings, and I understand the realities of clinical work both inside and outside institutions. I support adults navigating complex trauma, identity development, relationship dynamics with parents, and the emotional pressure that comes with early adulthood, professional life, and creative growth. I also bring a leadership mindset. I maintain a strong outreach network, have experience raising rates, improving client fit, and sustaining a values-aligned private practice. I’m currently growing my EMDR intensive offerings, preparing for in-person workshops, and planning to expand into a small group practice. I care deeply about advocacy for Creative Arts Therapists and visibility of our clinical training and expertise. I value collaboration and community care, and I am energized by contributing resources, exchanging strategy, and supporting other clinicians in refining their work with young adults seeking depth, embodiment, and meaningful change.

Mom Guilt & the Holiday Season: How to Slow Down When Everything Speeds Up
The holidays are supposed to feel magical, twinkling lights, excited kids, cozy traditions. But for so many moms, the “magic” is often buried underneath mental lists, endless tasks, and the pressure to make everything perfect. Between planning holiday dinners, making sure your kids have the right outfit for the school concert, coordinating family gatherings, remembering the Secret Santa gift, and still keeping up with work and home…winter quickly becomes less of a season and more of a marathon. And with all of that comes the familiar companion: mom guilt.

Limitless Integrative Wellness Functions: Clients and Practitioners
How Limitless Integrative Wellness is structured, because it intentionally functions in two connected but distinct ways for clients, and for practitioners, collaborators, and community members. Understanding both sides gives the full picture of how Limitless operates as an ecosystem rather than a single service or space.
