Therapeutic Style
My therapeutic style is very client-forward, and I’m passionate about helping my clients better understand themselves within the context of their environment and the larger social context. I’m particularly passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, with a special interest in working with Asian-American clients and addressing the unique cultural and intergenerational dynamics that can shape their mental health experiences. Feel free to reach out for a consultation – I look forward to our work together!
What Makes Me Unique
I enjoy helping clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and working with them to develop concrete skills and strategies for change. My therapeutic style is client-forward, making sure that we work collaboratively on the challenges they have identified and that they feel supported in the work that we're doing at every stage of the process. I offer both evening and weekend sessions for adults and couples.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
