Therapeutic Style
I approach therapy through a strengths-based, relational lens. I focus on collaboration so you don’t feel like you have to have everything figured out on your own. I believe that therapy works best when you are supported, understood, and actively involved in the process. Together, we can explore patterns, build coping skills, and help you move forward in life. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
What Makes Me Unique
What makes my work unique is how I balance being emotionally attuned while also providing practical support in therapy. I value helping clients slow down, reflect, and make sense of their experiences while also working towards meaningful goals. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and my Salvadoran/Latiné background informs my culturally responsive approach. I’m especially in tune with how identity, family systems, and lived experiences influence mental health. In my work with individuals and couples, I offer evening and weekend availability.

How to Start Advocating for Your Child at Any Age or Stage
Whether your baby was born early or full-term, parenting is a constant process of discovery. Even now, six years after I gave birth to my daughter, I tell her, “Sweetie, you and mommy are both learning on the job.” Some children hit their milestones effortlessly. Others need a little (or a lot) of extra support along the way. What matters most isn’t where your child starts; it’s how you respond when they need someone in their corner. Whether you’re navigating challenges now or simply want to feel more confident supporting your child in the future, this blog is for you. Advocating for your child isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being prepared to ask questions, trust your instincts, and show up in ways that will help your child flourish.
