    Getting Started

    How to activate your account

    After approval, you'll receive an email from hello@curatedtherapycollective.com with the subject line "Welcome to CTC — Activate Your Account." Click the activation link in that email to set your password and access your dashboard.

    Didn't receive your activation email?

    Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact your Practice Contact (for group practice members) or email hello@curatedtherapycollective.com and we'll resend your activation link.

    How to log in after activation

    Go to curatedtherapycollective.com/auth, enter your email and password, and click "Sign In." You'll be taken directly to your clinician dashboard.

    How to reset your password

    On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.

    Your Profile

    How to edit your profile

    Log in and navigate to your dashboard. Use the "About Me" tab to update your bio, photo, and personal details. Use "Credentials & Licensure" for license information, "Clinical Focus" for specialties and approaches, and "Availability & Rates" for scheduling and fees.

    Required profile fields

    To appear in the directory, you must have: a license number, professional email, bio, and headshot. Incomplete profiles may not be visible to potential clients.

    How to update your availability

    In your dashboard, go to the "Availability & Rates" tab. You can set your status to "Accepting New Clients," "Limited Availability," or "Not Accepting Clients." This status appears on your public profile and affects whether you receive new referrals.

    Referrals & Matching

    How the concierge matching process works

    When a client submits a Connection Form, our clinical concierge team reviews their needs and matches them with clinicians whose specialties, availability, and style align. You'll receive an email notification with the client's details and can respond directly.

    How you'll be notified

    Referral notifications are sent to your professional email on file. Make sure your email is up to date in your dashboard to avoid missing referrals.

    Expected response time

    We ask that clinicians respond to referral notifications within 2 business days. Prompt responses ensure clients receive timely care and strengthen your standing in the network.

    Group Practice Members

    What your Practice Contact can do

    Your Practice Contact manages your group's CTC membership. They can add or invite clinicians, edit profiles, manage availability, view practice-specific referral notifications, and monitor seat usage — all from a dedicated dashboard.

    Account & Billing

    Membership status

    Your membership status is visible in your clinician dashboard. Active members appear in the directory and receive referrals.

    For any account, billing, or membership questions, email hello@curatedtherapycollective.com. Our team typically responds within 1 business day.

    Troubleshooting

    "I didn't receive my activation email"

    Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact your Practice Contact or email hello@curatedtherapycollective.com — we can resend your activation link.

    "My activation link expired"

    Activation links expire after 7 days. Email hello@curatedtherapycollective.com and we'll send you a new one.

    "I can't log in"

    Try the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page. If that doesn't work, email hello@curatedtherapycollective.com for assistance.

    "My profile isn't showing in the directory"

    Your profile must be approved and all required fields (license number, email, bio, headshot) must be complete. Check your dashboard to ensure nothing is missing.

    "I'm not receiving referral notifications"

    Verify that your availability status is set to "Accepting New Clients" and that your email address is correct in your dashboard. Also check your spam folder.
